They're Dutch actually, some of them with Turkish roots, but they do indeed play wonderful (music inspired by) Turkish psychedelic funk from the '70s. I saw them late 2018. Didn't know them before that, but the description in the local venue's programme sounded interesting and the few songs I found online made me very curious.
