Fender Vintage Reissue '63 Reverb Unit - Made in USA $650
This reverb unit is made in USA from the 1st wave from the 1990's
with the made in USA Accutronics reverb pans. It is in excellent
condition and it has a great tone and an amazing drip to the reverb. It
also has the C10 capacitor mod. This mod involves changing capacitor C10
to a 500pf in order to let more low end through the amp. The 6V6 tube
has been replaced with an old RCA 6K6 tube, which is what the vintage
reverb units had. The unit sounds great and is very wet, but all 3
tubes are really old. They'll need to be replaced sooner than later.
Danelectro 56-U2 1990's - Excellent! $425
This is a copper burst, sometimes called peach burst, Danelectro
56-U2 from the 1990's in excellent condition. The Danelectro lipstick
tube pickups from the 1990's are considered the best of any other of
the Danelectro reissues. This U2 is in excellent condition. The frets
show little if any wear and the rosewood fretboard is stunning. The tone
is the same sought-after tone that makes these guitars so exceptional.
Intonation is right on. Very playable straight neck. Includes a hard
shell Gator case in good condition.
