When I'm not writing and playing music with The SurfAces, I channel my inner Michael Hedges/Anthony Phillips via original tunes I write and perform with my Hewett 11-string Harp Guitar.

Performing here in Gainesville, GA

So, what-else you find yourself doing musically when not twanging the 'verb???

Wow, can we hear an example of what that sounds like?

I am one half of the duo Sonic Messiah in my spare time. This group actually predates Urban Surf Kings by a couple of years.

For most of the past 25 years, my main thing has been my psychedelic garage pop combo, the Dupont Circles. https://thedupontcircles.bandcamp.com/album/sarah-the-weather-girl

Interestingly, it's been a lot easier to find gigs for a surf band than for less easier to categorize original music.

I've performed in several rock cover bands throughout the years. I'm on the left side of the stage - purple flying V.

Hi, I'm Gellert, guitarist for The Fintastics.

Lately I've been channeling Mike Campbell, lead guitarist with Tom Petty (RIP) and the Heartbreakers, with this...

When I'm not playing guitar with the Tentakills, I play bass in an outlaw country band that has an 11 year run... 10 of those years with me on board.

The list is long, but rockabilly and related stuff would be toward the top of the list.

Cool

I play bass in a Jimmy Buffett/trop rock band. I’ve also been learning Old Time fiddle tunes, and recently started bagpipe lessons. I’m a student drummer/piper with a Fire Pipes & Drums Band.
