Hi all,

I just found out about this exciting Jump Blues tune while looking for Swing / Boogie backing tracks.
I hope you will like it (although not a Surf tune).
It's the 1999 version of Lisa Stansfield. The original version was in 1946 by Louis Jordan and his Tympany Five.

Blessings,
Abdel

Go cat go!

I love watching you play Abdel.
You need to get out n play live.

Jeff(bigtikidude)

Hi folks,

Glad you liked it.
I like challenging tunes.

Jeff,
I love to play the Shadows with the "Men of Mystery", and it is sad that we get to play once every 2 years at best.
I also love to play Jump Blues, Boogie, Swing, Oldies etc... and the Men of Mystery could handle that very well, but it's hard to get together as they play in other bands too.
So I might start looking at forming a band if some musicians are interested in this style.

Blessings,
Abdel

Nice! Good to the very last lick. You have quite an agreeable sound. I'd love to see you take on some of those Johnny Fortune tunes he did with his Gretsch.
