I am desperately looking for a Fender tank, preferably in Europe, but doesn't matter. I live in Sweden and I am a sucker for vintage guitar gear made in the Usa!

An original or a re-issue?
Re-issues can be found on eBay, occasionally for a good price. Original units are pretty rare in Europe, command a good price and typically are 110V.
Try some of the European rockabilly forums - those guys are really into their old stuff.

Thanks!
I might be able to trade a Fender Deluxe Reverb Reissue for a Reissue Fender Tube Reverb. Is that a good deal?

If you're happy with a reissue then I think you'll find one on eBay sooner or later. Maybe Reverb.com if that's popular where you are?
I bought mine of eBay last year for under £300, which seemed a good deal. You can save a search in eBay so you get notifications when something gets listed. Find one listed as an auction rather than Buy It Now - owners typically over value their reverb units, they're not that much in demand in Europe. Pedals are more desirable.
Keep searching, you'll find a reissue.
