Also, after much effort, I finally figured out the convoluted process of how to upload a computer-created video to Instagram from an iPhone. Here is the process if interested:
I created a :59 second video (Instagram's limitation) using Cyberlink's PowerDirector on my computer. When completed, I Produce it in MPEG-2 format. Then, I use a converter and convert the MPEG-2 file to MP4 (I use AnyMp4 Studio $53). Install Dropbox on your computer and drop the MP4 video into it. On your iPhone, download the DropBox app, open it and click on your video. Hit Export then Save Video, which saves it to your iPhone Library. Then, from Instagram, just add the video from your photo library. Also, when you first upload the video to Instagram, click on the little arrows in the bottom left hand corner of the video to make the video Landscape, not square, which is a new capability offered now by Instagram.

For the video you just touch the arrow thingy on the bottom left when you are uploading to insta, and your rectangular video is fully viewable as a square.
