Simon, the Kilaueas cover is my favorite of the year, too, and I think it should have won, FWIW! But I think that maybe you're misreading Hunter's lists - the top name on each list is NOT the winner - the winner is the bottom name on each list (the one that's italicized). It's a bit confusing, but the way I read it (and correct me if I'm wrong about this, Hunter) is that the list in the inverse order, and the closer the band is to the bottom, the closer they got to the top position. Just thought I'd point this out.
