Hello fellow members of the SG101 Forum,
This Saturday, January 5th at 2pm PST, Jonpaul will feature and debut one or two tracks from our recently completed collection titled Surfzilla! on his Fiberglass Jungle show at Luxuria Music. Tune in here: http://www.luxuriamusic.com. We invite you to tune in!
This release was curated and produced by Epic Trailer Music pioneer Yoav Goren for BMG Production Music. Yoav is a fan of just about all types of music and the collaboration was good fun and we are stoked with the results. We remain determined to see how, when and where surf music can turn up in the media and this was a very rare opportunity to get the genre into the pipeline.
We hope to have CDs and possibly vinyl soon but, for now, it is available for download or streaming at iTunes [ http://bit.ly/paravionitunes ] and Spotify [ http://bit.ly/paravionspotify ].
Enjoy!

Hey guys, I just saw your set from the PJ concert and was really impressed with your stuff. Well done! I think a 3-piece surf band is challenging to pull off and you do it very well.
I love your cover of Squad Car, too. Brilliant move, slowing it down like that. It really makes it something totally different. Again, well done!

As I recall, Eddie Bertrand always insisted the recorded version was too fast and would play it slowed down.

That's kind of hilarious, Brian, as Eddie's version with the Showmen is, I think, the fastest tempo surf song there is, clocking in at about 207 BPM.
