For sale a first generation Danelectro Hodad with Bigsby.
Guitar is in good shape, plays well, sounds good. Binding is still attached well.
It has a little bit of a buckle rash on the back, and small scratch on one of the horns (not very noticeable). I tried to photo every imperfection I noticed, see pics below.
If you are familiar with these guitars you probably know that the Bigsby models are rare, and the first gen (1999-2001) was better built than the 2012 reissue (no Bigsby on the reissues).
Price is $300 OBO for the guitar only to SG101 members, and I would currently prefer to deal locally in So-Cal (I live in Escondido, North San Diego County, but occasionally go to shows in Orange County and LA).
The rare original gig bag with the mini-amp that came with it are available for $100 if you are buying the guitar, or $150 OBO for sale separately.
