Tiki Kon is a yearly festival. The Insanitizers played the closing party of Tiki Kon last year, as you are doing this year. As we were setting up well in advance, festival management asked that we perform a full hour earlier than scheduled. It was convenient to do this, and we did. We were outdoors, the weather was pleasant, and it was fun.

I had attended the Friday night band performances, indoors. IMO they were all extremely loud, and I had to use earplugs (and still my ears rang afterwards).

Thanks for heads up on the early start. Our drummer is doing the Sunday Tiki Bar crawl, so I'll let him know about the potential start time change.
We're in town for the weekend so we're flexible. Sometimes we start early just because we're set up and ready to play.

Yeah, we plan to set up a video camera if there's a safe place to rig it.
BTW, Nicholl Beer is on the set list. :>)

Tiki Kon 2017 just released the official video. It's a nice watch and a good representation of the fun. The Men From S.U.R.F. got some nice airtime including the closing audio.
