I guess not strictly surf in sound or style, but there were some great guitar instrumentals that came out of the 1960's Indo-Rock scene in the Netherlands. Arguably, the best known were The Tielman Brothers. There were also The Black Albinos, The Javalins, and many, many others. — |

There was a Dutch band back in the Yahoo groups era called Twang. I have their lp. Sort of off topic: I got to hang out with Wannes and his friend at Surfer Joe in 2009 and 2015.
