Bill and Clark, I am looking for young bands that are seeking a bit of popularity by getting the chance to play at this festival (which is quite old and quite famous in Northern France). I have several albums and tour internationally , but I'm always up for the occasional free gig for a worthy cause in the area. Besides, I have to confess that Meshugga Beach Party was one of the surf bands that first get me interested in the all surf rock culture and movement (especially with this video that I love https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ylKmC4EiFWE !!!). Moreover I have been listening to the different artist announced for Surfer Joe 2017 and thus to the TomorrowMen and I can't wait to see your concert there ! Warning: this is a musical springboard, it means that is a contest between a lot of bands (more than 60 have applied), 9 will play a first concert and the three best a second one and the best of them (which, I hope, will be a surf band ) will play at the festival ?
