I really like the Mosrite type guitars, especially their vibrato units, but I can't seem to find any variations out there that doesn't have a super skinny neck (I prefer medium-sized necks minimum). Are there any thick necked Mosrite types out there?

I think Hallmarks have a thicker neck than the original Mosrites.

I've heard, but it always feels like people are saying that the neck is thick only compared to the originals, which isn't saying much since they were broomstick-size.

I have original Mosrites and Hallmarks. Yes, the neck IS thicker on a Hallmark than on a Mosrite, but Mosrite necks are really thin...like REALLY thin.
I am terrible when it comes to radius and neckshape specs, so all I can say is that the 'feel' of the Hallmark necks is pretty close to a Gibson ES-335.
Not Fenderish at all, more bulky and flat, while still very pleasing to the hands. Hope that helps.

You might look at some of the Esstwoods. I have a Sidejack Deluxe for a backup and it has a nice Gibson like neck.Cool whammy too!

Why'd it get crossed out?
Let me put it this way. I'm a guy with a bigger palm and I need some heft on the back of the neck, mostly the shoulders, to play comfortably. Does the Hallmark have that?

I don't know why it crossed out. Second time that has happened!

Because you keep putting --- at the beginning and ending of your messages.

That's kind or a relative question. I measured my Hallmark 65 Custom neck at the nut to be 7/8" thick and 1 5/8" wide and that of my Gibson Les Paul Traditional Pro III to be 15/16" thick and 1 15/16" wide.

The Eastwood I owned had the skinniest neck I've ever played. Can't comment on Hallmark.

Same situation here, with large hands & finger length that would make any piano player envious. Having been down this road before I would encourage you to find a place where you can sit down & try a bunch of guitars, even if just acoustically to see what you like - and when you find a nice neck, get it. Otherwise you may find that you simply are a) easily tired due to lack of purchase on the back of the neck, b) jammed up & fingers tripping all over each other in first position chords (or arpeggiating same), or c) both. Having recently been through this with a guitar it's unbelievable what a skinny neck depth and lack of that extra 1/16th of a inch in width at the nut can do as an enjoyment killer. After you've found what you like then you can quantify it with numbers.
Go play them first; you'll know.
