I don't mean to hijack your thread, but how did you get one of Bjorn's Surfy Trem pedals already? You can PM me if you don't want to get off topic, thanks!

MooreLoud.com - A tribute to Dick Dale. New EP Louder Than Life available on bandcamp and website. Taking guitar lessons from Jimmy Dale.

I sold off a sister-in-law and bought one of the first prototypes clad in the Surfer Joe livery that Bjorn furnished to Lorenzo awhile back.
And yes; yes it is.

Hopefully the garage sale is helping the new Jag fund! I wish you had 1 PV65. It would be mine!

Nothing sold yet (but a Jag is the purpose). Nothing Pure Vintage '65 would be found for sale by me but you probably suspected that. Maybe you can put up an ad to trade someone something for one.

I'm going to have to bite the bullet and buy a whole set even though I just want one. I still like the fat 50 for the middle. It's got it's place and that's where it's at!

You should change the title of your post to "Help Wes Buy a New Jag and Get Some Great stuff for Yourself"

I didn't know you could sell a sister -in-law to get a Surfy-trem. Does that mean I paid too much for mine? Smile

Possibly; I got value of minerals in the body, adjusted for Venezuelan inflation. Laughing Anyway, glad I pulled that trigger when I did; think Bjorn did a helluva job getting that close in a pedal. Waiting on a 60's Lacquer Jag to get in at Dave's so I can see how much I want the AV65 (which is really nice). But, judging by the JM's & Strats I've handled in that series Ensenada has been doing some really good work using vintage pickups & vintage radius, etc. We'll see. Meanwhile...

Thanks for another bump.
