Im working on improving the quality of the video format. Any tips are appreciated. I was disappointed with how muddy these look but better than nothing I guess.

I haven't uploaded anything to YouTube recently, but when I did, I found that YouTube did the best job when I gave it files in mp4 format. If I gave it .mov (Quicktime) it totally sucked and the sound got out of sync with the video very quickly.

Im trying to figure out how to convert to MP4. Im not the most tech savvy person though.
