Anybody have a tab? I've cheated as much as I can watching videos.

Which version and which part of the song, maybe we can help you without tabbing the whole thing.

The Original Surfaris version...the verse played by the saxophone. Not sure if you call it a verse or a bridge or whatever?

Thank you!

Cheat by learning by ear. That's the best shortcut to musicianship. One person's preferred fingering may not work for your own hands. When I transcribe I often go through several alternates before settling on a fingering that works and captures the vibe of the original or else goes where I want it to instead. If you get hung up in someone else's (possibly faulty) transciption, you won't figure out your own easiest or wickedest way to play it. Train the ear and the fingers will follow. There is no shortcut to muscle memory but the best solution is the one you discover on your own.

Squink Out!

I would give DesignSpy the benefit of the doubt. We don't want to discourage people from playing just because they're not skilled at playing by ear. Here's my quick stab at it. Let me know if you have any questions with the symbols.

Years ago I had a song in my head. I could play it fine, but I couldn't remember the name of it. I posted a little bit of tab like info in a thread cry for help. Danny was the first to reply and provide the answer. I've seen Danny help many in the time since then.
He's one of the best. In a group of great people here.
