1965 Fender Showman amp in excellent condition with the original transformers (see pics in the Craigslist add). The head has been re-tolexed in blonde and has upgraded handle, feet and corners. Not sure if it's also new, but the faceplate is in near mint condition. No rust or weathering anywhere. The JBL D130F speaker is in a compact (26"x18"x11") 1x15 custom matching blonde cab built by JD Newell Musical Cabinetry. I drilled a line of holes in the lower back panel of the cab to open up the sound for small gigs, but the rest of the cab is mint. The back panel would be easy to replace. All amp controls work as they should. No issues at all. Head also has a custom cover. Sounds amazing, as only a 1965 Fender Showman amp through a JBL D130F speaker can! Note that the one close up picture in the Craigslist add of the speaker is from when it was in a larger cab. The smaller cab that it is currently in is shown in the first picture. Includes foot switch. The small cab will help with shipping. I don't have any boxes or anything. So, you'll have to pay for packing and shipping. I did that when I bought it from a guy in Atlanta when it had a full-size cab and Atlanta to Ohio cost about $170. I'd like to get $1250 for the amp, which includes amp, amp cover, cab and foot switch. More pics can be seen in my Craigslist add

It's Blonde but it's a Blackface, so it has opto tremolo, not bias-driven 'harmonic tremolo', right?

Ah yes, on closer look it appears to be the TMB tone stack, as opposed to the presence control.

Yes, it's the AB763 blackface circuit. It was originally black tolex. The father of the guy in Atlanta that I bought the Showman from re-tolexed it in blonde. As I said in my PM to Ty, it does look good with my blonde reverb unit!

Feel free to make me an offer. I paid $1250 for the amp with a bigger cab in 2013, plus shipping, plus the footswitch, plus the custom cover for the head, plus the new cab. I probably paid more than it's worth, but it sounds amazing and I have no regrets. I've enjoyed it for 3 years. Now, I want to get something smaller, perhaps a Vibrolux. So, if you have something that you want to trade, let me know. Or, like I said, make me an offer.
Thanks,
Tom
