Hey everyone. I've been lurking on and off for a few years now. Made just a couple of posts but hoping to get more involved in the scene now.
Just wanted to thank Danny Snyder for putting on a great show with the Tomorrowmen at the Kolcsh and Sausage Festival in Oakland last weekend. I really loved the Moon Over Marin cover at the end. It was great to meet you and talk to you at the end. I'm digging the Futourism album.
Hopefully my work schedule allows me to make it to the Meshugga Beach Party show in April. Cheers!

Hey Cal, hope to see you out of the shadows. Glad you were able to see the T-Men. I was just listening to Futourism again yesterday, it is an astonishingly good album.

Thanks Stephen it was great meeting you too. Looking forward to seeing you at other shows around the Bay Area - like the upcoming 2016 surf battle of the bands in May
Thank you Brian, as well. Glad you like the record.

Danny, is there any video or recording of you playing Moon over Marin? I've always thought it would translate well to surf. I've tried playing around with it and it just doesn't seem right. I'd love to hear your arrangement.

Thanks Mike, though I can't take any credit for it. Ferenc Dobronyi arranged it for Pollo Del Mar on his album The Devil and the Deep Blue Sea and it's been a included in live sets for Pollo, Frankie and the Poolboys and The Tmen for years.

It's also on one of the Tormentos albums. That was the first time I heard (not a big Dead Kennedys fan) and it sounded amazing. It translates superbly to surf rock.
