I'm happy to report that Alex McCullogh from Crazy Aces, after years of working for a popular mastering studio in Nashville, TN, has gone out on his own and opened his own studio.
His mastering credits are vast, from Robert Plant to Los Straitjackets and he has great ears for all types of music but he has encyclopedic knowledge of 60's music, sounds and colorings.
If you have a single or an entire record to be mastered give him a shout.
You'll be happy you did.

Yeah, we're really happy for him.
I stopped by his place last week to hear the mastering studio/suite/room after completion. We listened to a few projects he's working on (I can't say what but one was a very popular, successful instro band's next release) and some industry distributed vintage Bowie maters and......
Wow, that joint sounds amazing, better than the pro place he was working in for 10 years.

Go Alex indeed!

Cheers,
Jeff
