Selling a "cowboy" take on the Fender 6G15 outboard reverb unit. Faux-cowhide covering, gold faceplate w/ black lettering.
This project started as a Weber 5G15 kit, but I swapped in the following upgrades for more vintage cred and vibe...
-- Vintage-correct RCA 6K6 output tube
-- JJ 12AT7 reverb driver
-- CTS and Alpha pots
-- Carbon comp resistors in the signal path
-- Dual-insulated wire (cloth covering modern insulation)
The result will go from warm and atmospheric to full surf-drip crazy!
Asking SOLD to the lower 48 or best reasonable offer. That's not much more than the price of the unbuilt kit without any of the upgrades, and still cheaper than the RI Fender version.
