Hey folks,
just found these on youtube, the newer one is shot with multiple cameras an seems to use audio from a soundboard mix, so it was probably intended for TV.

Enjoy!

Los Apollos - cinematic surf music trio (Berlin)
"Postcards from the Scrapyard" Vol. 1, 2 & 3 NOW available on various platforms!
"Chaos at the Lobster Lounge" available as LP and download on Surf Cookie Records!

Nice finds! Thanks for posting.

Shigeo is so great at flirting with the 'other side' of the Shredder line. IMO, he occasionally crosses it, but never for too long. Always tasteful.

Great stuff. The 2nd video was the lineup that played California in 2014 and it brings back a lot of great memories.

A good few years ago Ferenc suggested fans looked for used copies of the Surf Coasters official live concert DVD on eBay. I followed his advice looking periodically year by year but have never seen one for sale used or otherwise.

The DVD is out of print so the band are unlikely to make any more cash from it. Someone should upload it to YouTube for use of band promotion.

I appreciate all that Ferenc has done with the Surf Coasters and the band have been generous with free live recordings but sadly most of us will have zero chance of ever seeing them live.
