We just released Continental Magazine #23 and have turned our attention towards putting together the next issue. We have a bunch of music for review, but if you have released something in the last 6 months or so, please send it in to us:

We're also looking for songs / ads for this issue - for details please visit our website. Basically, for $80 you get a song on the CD, a half page ad and 12 copies of the finished magazine/CD. You can sell the magazines at your shows and make your money back - what a deal! We print 1000 copies and they go out to the most die-hard surf/instro fans on the planet, so it's a great way to get your band heard.

We're also looking for ideas for bands to feature, so if there's a band that you think should be featured, that we haven't interviewed yet, please send your suggestions.

For an affordable price will your band in one of the best publications of the genre surf. A large number of fans may know of your group.

There aren't that many surf/instro focused fanzines out there any more - if you are in a band and have a release you want to promote, you'll want to be included in the upcoming issue.

One final bump for this post - we need another 6-8 songs before we can send this issue off to the presses. If you are in a band that has released something in the past 6-12 months or so, this is a great way to promote your new record. Don't be scared by the ad rates either - we're up for taking music in partial or full trade.
