Permalink 1964 FENDER BLACKFACE SUPER REVERB FOR SALE

New Topic

Aloha : my friend Michael called me today. He has been having rough times with operations on his left fretting hand and a recent hip replacement and former back surgeries. Good guy, used to program direct for WMMS and I met him while he was at WEBN ( yeah , the one that started the Jacor and is now the mega "I heart radio" - he got out ... We had a band then , that's why I'm telling my surfy buds about this amp. He sent a photo but it did not transfer. ( I think he used a word program) so I will get them and post them tomorrow. He can't lift this anymore. That is why he is selling otherwise his heart wants it but the body can't do it anymore.

FENDER SUPER REVERB 1964 BLACKFACE AMP

POINT TO POINT WIRING, TILT BACK LEGS
VGC ( Very Good Condition )
GIGGING AMP ( Not an investment item.)
This amp has been well maintained. Last amp tech who inspected it was quite impressed with the condition " under the hood ".

UPGRADE MODIFICATIONS
- Grounded three prong power cord ( previous owner )
- Footswitch jacks changed from RCA to 1/4 inch jacks ( previous owner )
- Two newer Fender speakers ( previous owner )
- 2 ohm extension speaker jack converted to line out ( mine )

When shopping for this amp in 2005 I discovered the tone of the 60s amps
far superior to that of the reissues.
Located in Cleveland and willing to drive 1/2 way to deliver in
all Ohio markets and Pittsburg, Erie, Buffalo, Detroit, Fort Wayne, and Indianapolis.
No shipping.
Priced to sell.
