Question for anyone who was in the room. During The Longboards' show while Alfredo was swapping guitars back & forth, it looked like he picked up a greenish Eastwood - is that what it was? Unless something changes, Cousin Mary said videos wouldn't be archived, only audio tracks. I don't know if there are audio tracks but there was mp3 feed so that should be a possibility. |

Go to kfjc.org, click on broadcast archives, click on click here for 2 weeks archive, click on any Earl Grey MP3 from 11am to 8pm. Better instructions once I recover! What a day! |

And a swift "get well" lol - thanks! Remember, hourly snippets, not by specific band. So if, for example, you're looking for all The Eliminators, you may need to snag BOTH the penultimate & last hours listed. The performance audio was superb. Yes, Alfredo broke a string and they gave him the Eastwood Sidejack that was being raffled, unfortunately he broke a string on that one also, he does play hard. I won the same guitar last year and they do have a nice sound. |

Here are the air checks from Saturday's SG101 convention. Archives are on our web site for 2 weeks so these links will start to disappear at 11am on Saturday 8/22. You can listen or save the mp3 file by ctrl-click (Mac) or right-click (PC) on the sound icon, then save video as. FYI - Archives are everything that we broadcast - air check files overlap by a few minutes. There are some recordings filling in the gaps. 11am - hour one - Jim Messina tribute (5:30) and Paul Johnson and friends (44:40) Noon - hour two - Paul Johnson (beginning) and then Moonbase (31:10) 1pm - hour three - interview with Ivan Pongracic (3:30), then Boss Fink (14:00), interview with Dave Wronski at 55:00 2pm - hour four - Tomorrowmen (6:10), interview with Chad from Moonbase at 57:00, interview with Norm and Jeff from Boss Fink at 59:50. 3pm - hour five - The Volcanics at 10:00, Award to Ferenc at 57:00. 4pm - hour six - The Longboards at 7:00 5pm - hour seven - Interview with Paul Johnson at 2:30, Els A Phonics at 23:30. 6pm - hour eight - The Eliminators begin at 20:20. 7pm - hour nine - Last song of The Eliminators' set at 9:00. Davie Allen and the Arrows at 31:00. 8pm - hour ten - Davie Allen set continues and live broadcast concludes... |
Thought the evening couldn't be topped with The Eliminators who killed it but was a special treat to listen to Davie Allan, since I have a CD inbound from BTD and also recently built a fuzz-pedal, kinda playing around with that.
