Woke up to a message from someone who said they saw this lesson of a Kahuna Kings song. Over 600 hits in a just a few days. Obviously he's a surf fan and maybe a member here.

That's very cool!

This is Noel. Reverb's at maximum an' I'm givin' 'er all she's got.

I guess he liked it! He even figured out that I hit the G accent with my thumb. Pretty amazing!

Congrats indeed. That's a catchy little shanty! The half speed version has a nice gangsta beat to it. Maybe it will be as sampled by a famous rapper and you'll cash in big! -Marty

That is so cool! That's Bruce Lindquist. He posts bunch of classic 60s and surf guitar lessons on YouTube. Congrats, people worldwide will be playing your tune for years to come!

Fun video, fun music, and lovely combination. I like to occasionally hear a song with thick tic-tics in the background, as this is. Classic surfy guitar tone.

Thanks all! This was my first surf song written and recorded. I tried to capture that positive spirit and innocent vibe of the first wave of surf. Glad to hear that people get it!

It's really close but I don't do a full bar chord for the climb up chorus part
