The input level makes a big difference. Many guys use a compressor in front of the pedal. I used some PAF type humbuckers.

I noticed that on really weak pickups, the notes would fade quickly

Our key player is curious how keys would sound through one of these.

THE KBK ... This is the last known signal. We offer Sanctuary.

You can drive the pedal with any analog instrument that puts out an instrument level signal.

Cool pedal, was checking these out the other day. Just grabbed an EHX Pitchfork - My first venture into drastically changing the guitar's fundamental sound. It's cool because it means I can take one guitar now - I can bring my tele in C standard up to a very convincing E standard, as well as simulating moog bass type sounds.

Also looking at the micro synth they make, it seems pretty cool. You're a dealer, you've probably tried it out?

EHX is owning the pedal game right now. With the pitchfork, soul food, C9, they've just got all sorts of cool stuff going on.

IMO.

Hey Preston,
That Pitchfork looks pretty cool.
Similar to the Micro Pog but more and ability to use an expression pedal.
My Micro Pog may be replaced.

Cheers,
Jeff
