Once Upon a Time in the West is my favorite film of all-time and I think the design is awesome. But the Good, the Bad, and the Ugly theme will sell MANY more pedals than this Once Upon... pedal.
I also think you will miss the 'mix' knob off the FRV.

As I will not use the Boss pedal, I'll adapt to what I have ... Anyway, the "reverb" knob is essentially a mix control.
Regarding the design, first of all thanks for your compliments. Then, this pedal is for me, I do not mind to be a seller Anyway, I was also working with a GB&U version that I can develop in case someone wants me to build one for him/her, or build their own with my design. The problem is that I do not have space in my enclosure for an "invasive" artwork, I can't find (by the moment) a cool design concept plus I found a beautiful red paint that I want to use.
Desite of all, this is the "The Good The Bad and the Ugly" artwork...

I liked the colorful 1st version much better, aesthetically.
Just sectioning it horizontally like now, but with old colors.
Use Boldface like the bottom font for all the dials, Script is annoying.
Like Jake said, the concept of the Trilogy would indeed be much more mass appealing.
BTW, you're aware there's the "Ennio Fuzz" and other creations by Piercecustominstruments.
A suggestion - if it's in an enormous enclosure anyway, cram it with switches - selectable buffer on/off, hi-lo pass for each FX, you can add before/after routing for each FX, or parallel routing (split and mix). Just make it your crazy box. I'm working on one .

When you talk about the first version, you do about the original one with Wallach, Eastwood and Van Cleef isn't it? I like it too more than anything else, but the design limitations is driving me to a different place (and my beautiful red paint). Maybe, if I implement a more straight ahead version (just fuzz, trem, reverb) I'll be back to the original concept. As "Once upon a time..." is a much more complex movie than "The good...", the actual pedal is much more complex than the original design I even think about a "Fistfull of dollar" version with just fuzz... or a "for a few dollars more" with fuzz and reverb!!!
You suggest a millions of add-ons, I never thought about any hi/low pass or anything else, I did about buffer and finally I added the preamp, not a buffer but somehow a way to control the tone losses, anyway after thinking and moving my PCBs inside the enclosure trying to fit all of them, I realised that I have no space for anything else. I've just found accommodation for delay's tails and an extra tone pot for my reverb but not more. I will even not give any option to totally switch off the pedal, as preamp and reverb will be always on (reverb could be turned off simply setting mix to 0). Also, I am not a technician, so I have not the knowledge to implement all those things you comment, perhaps in future projects different to this one I also have in mind...
Related with the "Ennio Fuzz" I did not listen to it, but I am more than happy with my DIY Fuzzrite plus I am still impatiently waiting my new Nocturne Seltzerado. I'm afraid I'm full with fuzzrite.
I'll think about the text font, I need to see it printed over the enclosure first, then decide witch one to use.
Cheers!

Fuzz, tremolo, delay, reverb 90% done, starting to drill enclosure...

As you can see I'm drilling to the limit, giving me the most space available possible...

Now time to finish compressor, preamp... then add reverb tone control, all wiring, and finally test the whole stuff.

Very cool project, I hope you get it completed and it works as you planned! I look forward to hearing the results.
I am currently working on a similar idea, but on a smaller scale. Mine is a Fuzzrite. Based fuzz and a Surfy Bear FET Reverb.
Good luck and stick to it!

Hey Sonni,
Will do! There is a sneak-peek over in the Surfy Bear Thread...

I took the electronics back out last night so I can start final finishing... I also am waiting for a switch to arrive to bypass the Fuzz

I do a fair bit of typesetting and its very important to limit the number of fonts on any given piece to just a couple complimentary types that reinforce an image. As Dread said, lose the script as it works against the serif logo type.
Have you checked out any "Egyptian" typefaces like Regulators? Try Old West motif, etc. and choose a couple of those to work with.
