Permalink Subscribing to the Downloads section?

Is there a way to subscribe to the Downloads section, or even a specific sub-forum within that, so that I get an email when someone uploads a new backing track or gear demo, etc.?

Not right now. If there is enough interest I could think about adding that. In the meantime you can either look at the bottom of the home page to see what is new, or visit this link periodically.

I could also build a RSS feed for the downloads but not too many folks seem to use RSS these days.
