I love these guys. Not surf but do surf. Rick Miller is a fantastic guitarist with great tone and a phenomenal entertainer.

And on a Gibson ES355 no less!
He has a bunch of guitars and he sounds great on all of them.

Looking forward to opening for them for two nights in a couple weeks. (Which reminds me, I need to promote those shows on here)

Paul
Atomic Mosquitos
Bug music for bug people is here!
Killers from Space

Love these guys and gal!

Either you surf, or you fight.

A fantastic guitar player indeed, and a great band: I love SCOTS! "The Wet Spot" is one of my all time favourite surf/instrumental songs.

That one is great also. I'm looking at buying a Dano just based off his incredible tone. Got to have it!

On my must see list for sure, Rick Miller kills on Meximelt, The Wet Spot ("what you don't want to roll over into") is a close second.

I talked to Rick at Tiki Oasis a few years ago, about coming to the convention and doing an all instro set. He seemed semi interested.
But he said it would have to fit into their touring schedule.
I need to follow up on that. But I've always got way more bands than space.

Their vocal based songs are a blast but an all instro from SCOTS would be incredible I'm sure.
