Permalink Ventures transcription book - Vol 2?

New Topic

I'm sure a lot of you guys have or have seen the old (1963) Ventures Walk Don't Run transcription book that was published by "Electron Music". It's pretty accurate for the day, especially the lead guitar. A great slice of history. It shows up on eBay now and then (there are a couple up there now...)

It says Vol. 1 on the cover. So, was there ever a Volume 2? If so, does anybody have it? What's in it? Is it still available?

anybody?

I haven't seen the original book you are talking about, but I have a Japanese Ventures transcription/Tab book, and it is painfully accurate - I got it on e-bay direct from Japan.

Slewdawg..
Yes there was a VOl 2.. in fact the series went from vol 1-4. I'm rather sure I have all 4 somewhere in my musical library due to my life as a surf guitar pack rat.. Wink
