That is only one Jag! I would hope Horax has at least ten other Jags in addition to the new one he is looking for.

Carol, I thought that was your main guitar - have you switched to the Jazzmaster?

I'm scared and I don't understand why people can't own a lot of both Jaguars and Jazzmasters...

I agree! The thrill of the hunt of the elusive North american Jaguar is quite exhilarating. Every Trophy room should have at least 10 Laughing

EJ, I'm still searching for exactly what I need/want.

Yours is top of the list right now...but still ping ponging in my noggin. Smile

my very light swamp ash jazzmaster is my main guitar. the jag is uncomfortably heavy for me to play.

sold.

Jake, I think guitarism is alive and well. There are two kinds of guitarists. Ones who can and should own as many different guitars as possible, and ones who can't and would. I'm guessing Horax may fall somewhere toward the right end of this continuum through no desire of his own.

I have been watching his efforts to get something going down in Co Spgs with interest. It's a moderately long drive from somewhere north of Denver (about 100 miles), but the waves don't lap as often around here as they might.

Ha! Exactly.

Yeah, I have an agreement with the wife that I can only have 6 guitars at a time.
I have two acoustics: a Taylor gc3 and an art and Lutherie cedar burst.
My electrics: fender tele, agile al2000 les paul copy, tokai strat, and a 1966 Gibson sg jr.

I sold my squier jag to help pay for the much needed refurb on the Gibson, so I'm trying to get back in the jag game again.

Between a mortgage and three kids, funds can be tight.

Encourage your wife to take up guitar and convince her that she needs a Jag. Since Julie took up guitar a few years ago, we have guitars coming out of our ears!

Los Fantasticos

Could backfire. She might want the Gibson.

Tell her she needs to learn bass. Get matching Vintage Modifieds. And tell her it's something " We can do together". Big Grin Good luck though. My wife can play keyboards and I've been trying to get her to play with me for 6 years now.

She is a pianist.
I've been trying to get her to take up guitar for awhile.
She's not biting.

She MUST need another piano, though.

Los Fantasticos

I'm curious why no comments on the Jaguar I have for sale...any comments why no comments? thanks
