But like I wrote earlier, I think this is a gag. The tour he gave of his guitar collection was completely normal, friendly and pleasant. I guess you really can't make a second first impression. If he is a store owner or guitar tech, I wonder which persona his customers get?

Everyone knows rosewood is just for the fretboard not the neck. When people say rosewood neck they mean only rosewood fretboard. So, ho hum. For a truly notable (lowest common denominator) rock-n-roll presentation check the punk-rock band "The Dwarves" including album covers and videos. Whoa!

Noel, the guys around here are terrible. To them you are just an annoying customer who doesn't know anything about guitars at all. A couple of years ago I almost got in a fight with one of those guys, as we was acting like a real dork (one of 'the 5 RI tanks I had' stories). I just order my stuff online or check for private offers in my area to avoid guitar stores and guys acting like the guy in the video. Btw, I'm with Jake. Joke or not, it's not funny and that guy is a poor sight. I've watched a bunch of his other videos (yes, I really did) and came to the conclusion that he wasn't only joking in this video. He acts like a little Mr. KnowItAll and his other videos aren't less offending, though he's not using the F word. He might be a good guitar player with solid knowledge about what he does, but you never (surprise) see him with a band...

People can say what they want, but some people provide evidence to back up their claim. At least this guy does have guitars with maple and rosewood fingerboards, and Gibsons with the different kinds of pearl inlays.
Also, just because someone is a jerk and uses profanity, that doesn't mean they are wrong.
