Warning: this release is not for purists

Hi,

I have a new cd out on Twangsville Productions/VL-Media Oy. Over the years I've played a lot of surf (The Silver Hawks and now also The Charades), and also Ramones-influenced melodic punk. The music on this cd is kind of combination of those styles. You can listen to track #2, Return to the Black Lagoon, from the attached link. You can also find the whole album in Spotify, iTunes etc.

Great tune! Reminds me a lot of the Ramonetures, but you have nailed the Ramones energy better!
Gonna check the album out!

That's a lot of fun!

This is Noel. Reverb's at maximum an' I'm givin' 'er all she's got.

Thanks! The Ramonetures are in the same crossroads of surf and punk, the approach is different, however - all tunes on Surfpunk! are new originals. I do have the two Ramonetures cds and enjoy them Smile

I started with 15 copies, but they're disappearing fast. Get 'em while you can. This really is a great CD.

Fantastic. I have a copy of this CD. Please don't try to deny the Social Distortion influence on this track.

I also heard Mike Ness on the first lead riff.

Very cool! I'll be picking that up.

Either you surf, or you fight.

We are now playing live shows too with this material. Here's Stones On Bones from last Friday: Stones On Bones
