I've decided to sell the Replex I bought from Dave Wronski.
According to Dave it is the closest approximation to an Echoplex. I'm not certain but I think he used it on the Live in Prague Slacktone CD. It has two heads, reverb and a gain knob. It is big for a pedal but sounds great. I found I need tap tempo so I haven't used it in years. Works perfectly, no issues. Comes with the box and power supply. $225. PM me if interested.

This is a bit off topic, but I'm an analog delay freak (owned dozens of them over the years).
The analogman ARDX20 with the AMAZE0 controller is exceptional. Perhaps a bit spendy (you can find them used), but real deal warm analog delay with tap tempo, modulation, etc. Sound quality is on par with the Boss DM-2, which many (including me) consider to be the gold standard of BBD delays.
