If I'd have taken a job there instead of VA, I'd be all over it. Good luck! —Matt "tha Kat" Lentz |

If it were feasible I would move to Colorado. Move to Salt Lake City! I'm trying to get a band started here. —Either you surf, or you fight. |

Ah, the heartland. A high plains surfer is a lonely surfer. |

I'm headed to SLC this summer...but only for a week. Yeah, landlocked surfers are rare. |

It seems like Castle Rock would be an excellent niche for practice space outfits, considering the ecological issues with forming a band in Co Spgs. Even if you're wholly in Co Spgs you wear a groove in I25 getting to Denver for gigs. You need an image of a Native American on horseback holding a guitar and scanning the horizon for the rest of the band. |

Annual coat holding. I think Jeff Lewis is somewhere down there near Castle Rock. He shows up for surf now and again. Sometimes he plays and records it. |

I tell you what. Don't call it surf music. Call it experimental metal or something. |

If you were closer to Denver, and wanted to play drums, The AquaSonics would be interested.... —"You can't tell where you're going if you don't know where you've been" |

Advertise it locally as a spaghetti western band. Fool em into submission. |
