Anyone looking for a new years gift for themselves? Maybe a new years project?
I have a JBL D-140F that came loaded in my 2x15 cabinet that I've had for years. I always held onto it with the thoughts of reconing it, but the reality is, I'll just never do it. I figure someone here would surely love to make this speaker great once again:

now that i think about it, no worries,
I need a single 15, that is 4 ohms, not 8

I know there are about 7 kajillion options and thoughts on speakers here, but consider you're playing a bassman 135 and you need a 4ohm, have you thought about an Eminence Commonwealth? Supposed to be pretty spectacular:

interesting, but it says its similar to a JBL E-130
I will be playing bass thru it.
is there a ribbed cone JBL e-140 clone?
