Yesterday, I did a Firefox Reset in order to try to fix another issue, and it reset some choices on which application to use. I just reset it so that when I download an mp3, it will always ask me what I want to do with it. Number 18 is still a problem. I was able to save it with IE as an mp4 movie file (I probably have something to convert it to mp3), but I normally use FireFox, where I changed the options for MPEG 4 to Save, but it still wouldn't save the file. It just downloads it then plays it. Another update: I just found that when I did set FireFox to save the QuickTime files, it saved them to My Documents/Downloads. It just didn't ask me where I wanted to save it. The FireFox Reset that I did yesterday, also changed the destination of downloaded files. I changed it back to Always Ask Me. I also found that the Content Type that needed to be changed in the FireFox Application options window, was "MPEG-4 Movie (audio/mp4)". So with that also changed to "Always Ask", everything works as it should And finally, I was able to use the audio conversion part of DVDVideoSoft Free Studio to convert it to an mp3.
