Permalink FS: Fender Red Knob Dual Showman SOLD!

Howdy everyone! I have this on Craigslist locally, but figured I'd go ahead and post it here in case anyone close to the Atlanta area might be interested. I'd love for this to go to a SG101er, as it really is a cool and good sounding amp.

The amp is in excellent condition, has some minor wear and tear, but nothing drastic. The biggest cosmetic issue is that a previous owner scratched what appears to be a SS# in the faceplate. Foolishness. I also changed out the grill cloth and corner hardware. Both are in excellent condition and will be included with the amp along with some extra red knobs.

$300 firm. Locals only unless you REALLY want it and want to pay for shipping.

Oh, it certainly was! It's really a great amp. I bought it in 2008, and have since gotten a 1967 Bandmaster (my new baby!) AND a 1966 Showman. So, at this point, it's just not getting the love it should. Besides, I have my eyeballs (and some other cash) set on a Texotica Reverb Twisted Evil

bump?

Man that's a cool amp that I would truly love to own. Would I be correct that it weighs as much as a Volkswagon Beetle? Any interest in shipping to Philadelphia?

Really killer looking amp.

Thanks,

Greg

Hi Greg! It really is a great amp. I very well might be willing to ship it to Philadelphia. I'll send you a PM to discuss.

i'd grab this if it was in Europe

This thing is finally sold...pending me getting my butt to Atlanta to get it this week.
