Los Magnificos, one of the first bands in Mexico, they are still active but now they are a 100% garage band.

In my opinion this is the first Surf song ("Lancha Con Fondo De Cristal" = Glass Buttom Boat) in Mexico. Los Esquizitos are still active buy again they are now in the garage sound.
All the mask stuff is the legacy of Danny Amis, he is in fact the grandparent of Surf Music in Mexico. He went to Mexico City and visit The Arena Coliseo where the fights take place every friday, he took a bag full of masks for LSJ; at the time he was producing Lost Acapulco's debut album "4: Estereofonico", so there is the connection between Surf & Lucha Libre.
