Permalink Pick up Swap on a Jaguar HH Special, need a little help.

Hello, first time poster, long time lurker. I have a black Fender Jaguar HH Special that I am doing a pick-up swap at the moment. I'm removing the underpowered, bluesy humberbuckers with TV Jones pups. I have just installed a Powertron in the neck (good God it is a different best already), but ran into a a snag. I had ordered it with the 4 connector wires to it because looking at the wiring diagram, that was what the original HH pups where wired as. Wrong, the neck pup was not directly connected to the the rhythm volume knob, but the rhythm/lead switch and a grounding point with 2 wires.

I had to figure out the witch wire went where through trial and error, but I evidently succeeded.

My problem is about to come with the bridge pick-up. I didn't see where it was connected, or how it was connected, but I have just ordered a TV Jones T-90 with the 4-connecting wires, figuring it was all the same. Do I email them to change the order to the 2-wire leads, or still keep it as a 4-connector wires and wire the bridge pup as the Fender diagram says to?
