Permalink Sold - Jazzmaster 'partsmaster' for sale

New Topic

I'm selling a Jazzmaster that I built using all the parts that I have accumulated over the last couple of years - It turned out well, and it plays and sounds great. I thinks is a good way to get a nice vintage style Jazzmaster for not a lot of money.

SOLD

Here's the run-down on parts -

Body - alder bought from Timbo on ebay - finished by me in nitro lacquer. It's more ice blue metallic in person, the pics look a little too blue, at least on my screen. There are a few minor blems in the body, but overall its very shiny, and smooth. It looks really good in person.

Neck - Squier Vintage Modified Jazzmaster neck. 9.5 radius, medium jumbo frets. Vintage style tuners - feels great, I don't even mind the 'Squier' logo on it. The profile is fairly chunky, definitely beefier than a MIJ or AVRI JM neck.

AVRI mint pickguard
MIM Classic Player Tremolo -
AVRI bridge
Seymour Duncan Vintage for Jazzmaster pickups
MIJ Rythym circuit
CTS 250 volume and tone pots, Switchcraft switch
2 'tone' knobs because I didn't have a 'vol' knob that matched ;)

more pics here...
