May Birthdays 
I shot a handful of videos last night at a venue called MAXWELL’s in Hoboken, New Jersey. LOS STRAITJACKETS were the headliners. They introduced 3 new tunes, and I have a video of 2 of them. They also now cover the BEACH BOYS’ classic tune, WARMTH OF THE SUN, included here. The encore was TEQUILA, with BILL KIRCHEN joining them (he was also on the bill earlier in the evening; I shot a great video of BILL but I am awaiting his approval to make it “public”). A band calling themselves The LOST BAYOU RAMBLERS opened the evening’s festivities, and I have included a video of a performance by them. They hail from Louisiana, and their sound is American deep South, with Cajun-Zydeco influences galore. Their website, for those that are interested, http://www.lostbayouramblers.com/.
