Permalink Danny B Harvey & the Living Deads

New Topic

The part of Danny B. Harvey is played by Danny B. Harvey (guitar). The Living Deads are a husband & wife duo (Randee McKnight & Symphony Tidwell) (drums and upright bass) who work with various rockabilly leads in the Denver area and elsewhere as opportunity knocks. In this case, though I think you might have to call this rockabilly "informed," or anyway certainly not surf, it is an instrumental, which I believe would be

Guitar Boogie

though untitled here.

Video by Scott Hartman, sometime bass of the Aquasonics (a while back now), who just happened to be in the right place at the right time. That's a specialty of his, and, within certain limits, if you ask in advance he'll tell you where the right place is going to be, too.

Earlier on the Living Deads were the Rhythm Razors (playing with Johnny Barber a/k/a the Velvet Elvis.) I believe they are still working with him regularly under their new b(r)and name. The last time I saw them playing in the flesh they were still Razing hell.
