Permalink FS: HBE UFO Fuzz and Devi Ever Vintage Fuzz Master

1st pedal:
Very good condition UFO Fuzz.
I bought it on Ebay for use on my band's album, just to add some variety to the fuzz sounds present. Album is just about done, so I'm selling off the pedal.

Its a great pedal, and very versatile. If I could only have one fuzz pedal on my board, this would be on the short list of one's I'd pick. Unfortunately (I think), I'm a fuzz addict, and I've got 4 other fuzz pedals on my board. With that number of pedals available to nail specific sounds, I don't need one good all around pedal. I've got a Big Muff for the wooly smooth stuff, a BFX Spaghetti Western Fuzz for the sputtery Davie Allan stuff, a Devi Ever Godzilla for the crazy Octave stuff, and a Devi Ever Hyperion for a 'like the Muff but not a Muff' sound.

Here's the PGS review to get an idea of what it sounds like:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rx5HA50skXs

The one I own is from 2005, and a different color (black, not red). Everything else is the same.

For what its worth, the demo doesn't do "vintage mode" on the pedal justice. It sounds sooooooooo sweet in that mode. "Modern mode" kinda sounds like a Big Muff with Tone wicker with the tone switch disengaged. The octave function is much more pronounced than that effect on similar pedals. You don't need to use the neck pick up and roll off the tone to get the cool octave sound thing going.

I paid $135 with free shipping on ebay. I've played it in my living room for a combined total of maybe 4 hours, and for recording the guitar solo for one song in the studio, so I'd like to get what I paid for it. Did not come with the box. First $135 gets it, unless you're in like Alaska or Guam or something, in which case I'll have to charge a bit for the shipping. They go for $179 brand new.

2nd pedal:
Devi Ever Vintage Fuzz Master. It's basically the circuit from the right hand side of the Devi Ever Rocket and Godzilla Fuzzes. I own the Godzilla, so I don't need the VFM. It's really hard to describe this pedal, and most of the online demos I've seen are made by people who can't play for shit, recorded with crappy gear. "Octavia on crack" maybe?

Here are two PGS youtube reviews for the Rocket and Godzilla. VFM is pretty much the same sound as when PGS Andy only has the right hand switch engaged on the Rocket or Godzilla. Notable difference is unity gain is at around 3 oclock on the VFM, it's more like 9 oclock on the Rocket or Godzilla.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZaPGfUKrs_w (see around 2:48 to 4:04).

$75 shipped, box included. These go for $99 new.

If someone wants to purchase both, I'll knock $10 off the top, and sell them together for an even $200 shipped.

Also, I've got a Boss DS-1 and DS-2 for sale. If anyone is interested in either of those, make me an offer. Again, purchased for sonic variety on my band's album, used to record one or two songs, and that's it.

The UFO Fuzz is still available if anyone wants to make an offer.

sold pending funds.
