I'd gladly do $30... Yes

I was thinkin' 25 or 30 for this year.

I'd pay $30 - no question. Definitely would have for the last three, as well.

That was excessively violent and completely unnecessary. I loved it.

Thanks Guys,
thats what I was thinking
25 to 30.

Keep yer thoughts coming in.

and for those that missed it,
see the discussion here:

Wronski said that it will probably happen.
But I can't get a 100% confirmation.
I need to know so I can ask all of the bands.

If it does happen,
it will be on Fri. Aug. 12th
around 9 am in Corona.

Nah man, its still at the Starting Gate. That Don's show is what's happening later that same day I believe.

The Deadbeats

Don's is a cool place, That's why I have a few things there each year.
But the Starting Gate is more practical and holds more people
for the SG101 convention.
And with the Pilgrims on the Bill this year.
I have a feeling we will sell it out.

Jeff(bigtikidude)

Ladies, and Gents,
I am proud to introduce the Poster for this years
SG101 Convention, done by JonPaul Balak of the Insect Surfers,
and Tikiyaki Orchestra. and the Postcards will be printed by
my friend Jason at Kustom Deluxe printing.
and the costs were covered by Jason and also Sean at Double Crown Records. Thanks for everyone's help and involvement.

I'd gladly pay more, too. It's an incredible deal as it stands. I'm used to paying more for professional conferences. But probably this willingness varies in direct proportion to the distance travelled, and of course the bulk of the people who attend are necessarily locals.

As Much as I think the show is worth 50 or maybe even more.
I know that there is a factor of people that can't afford the 20 dollar price let alone more.
So I don't want to scare people away.
I want to get as many people in the door as possible,
but at the same time, not under charge.
I'm flip flopping between 25 and 30 bucks.

I just finished listening to "Around the World with..." and "Creature Feature". Damn' I haven't heard these albums in a while. My only request is that SP's do "Boss BSA", other than that. They can play whatever they want.

Oh and Jeff, I think $30 is pretty fair for what there gonna get. But then again it would be helpful if more people would chip in on this matter.

The Deadbeats

I've seen Slacktone at DTB. Quite cool. Will that be at the Gagger Bar?

$30?!!! No brainer.

It's the $1,000 for airfare and hotels that's keeping me away.

Seriously though, $30 seems pretty fair.
