Permalink Surf Music in San Diego

New Topic

I'll likely be relocating to the San Diego area from north of LA. Either North County around Carlsbad or near Torrey Pines or Kearny Mesa, depending on which job I end up in.

I've checked out the surf, awesome, and the cycling looks great as well. So 2 of my 3 addictions are covered.

What's the surf music scene like and what is the best way to hook up with other players and/or a band looking for an old guy who plays a wicked surf rhythm guitar?

Thanks!

I am in San Diego,a nd I play Bass, and a little rhythm guitar. You still looking for people? What style are you thinking?

-Chris

I live in Murrieta and I play some classic surf lead. I'm working on it daily
