Listened to all 34 (33 actually, I've already heard my contribution enough), quite a body of work there! Lots of talent around here, and I want to encourage the closet players to get out there and start bands.
These tracks from these contributors really did me right:
Crashmatics, The SQU!DS, Rumblefish, The Mighty Surf Lords, RavCon, Point Doom, & The Space Rangers
PS- Sorry for all the typos in my comments!

Got a last minute entry from Eddie K and the Surge. I'll try to post it tomorrow night. Carol, there is still time!

Just added:
35 - The Surge
36 - Mom_Surfing
And...barring any more objections...that is a wrap!
Thanks all! Will get this bundled up and put on archive.org sometime next weekend/week. Maybe we can have a listening party around then.

In the next day or two I'm going to start putting this on archive.org. Now's the time to start thinking about cover art for those that want to volunteer something. Thanks!

I got through most of page one today, and will continue to listen and post comments as I have more time to do so. Really sweet stuff so far!
Thank you everyone for the comments on "Crying". I guess I'll have to teach it to Karmin now so we can play it live. lol...

The good folks at archive.org now have our little collection posted! And they have the snazzy music player on the page:

Perhaps we can schedule an IRC listening party now.

BTW, can anyone convert TheChumBucket's entry to mp3? He couldn't figure it out, so I left it in .m4a. As a consequence his song isn't showing up in the player on archive.org. If anyone can convert it and send me the mp3 I'll replace the .m4a.

I downloaded VBR zip yesterday. _Road_Agent-TheChumBucket.mp3 _is mp3.

Ah, so archive.org converted it to mp3 (and ogg). Strange it doesn't put it in the player though.

This is messed up. It isn't ChumBucket's tune that is in the wrong format, it's Gimlet's file that is wrong, and totally missing from Archive.org.
Your track listing shows:
28 Surf City - The Ampfibians
29 Femme Fatale - Gimlet
(30 Road Agent - The Chum Bucket -- Not in the online player)
31 Pororoca - The Space Rangers
Archive.org shows
Surf City 2.3 MB 1.7 MB
Road Agent 1.5 MB 526.6 KB
Pororoca 2.2 MB 1.3 MB
Shark Attack
Femme Fatal is missing, and it is Femme Fatal that is the m4a file.
This is what I have on my computer in my folder of comp. downloads:
29-Femme_Fatale-Gimlet.m4a
