Permalink Phantomatics CD on the way!

New Topic

I sat in on the Phantomatics recording session yesterday. They recorded six new tunes for an upcoming EP release yesterday at The Brain Machine in Austin. The band sounded really tight. They actually fully tracked all six songs in four hours. For fans of horror surf a la Ghastly Ones, etc., this is a band to watch. I'll be releasing their EP on Deep Eddy Records sometime in April. Watch this space for details.

They should be posting rough mixes on their myspace page soon.

It's kinda funny, I was in the process of removing all the old tracks and uploading a new one when I saw this thread.
But yes, we do have a brand spankin' new track up called, "The Good, The Bad and the Mummy" off our upcoming EP, "The Phantomatics in 'She Left Her Brain at the Drive-In'"
As Ted said, it's going to be released on his label, Deep Eddy Records, sometime in the coming months so be on the look out for it.

Thanks again for the support, Ted, we hope this is gonna blow up.
