Permalink cocktail kit question

New Topic

hi guys, my wife plays the drums in my combo and uses a real cheap cocktail kit. we changed the skins and it sounds pretty good. but not the hihat and the cymbal. anyone here got a good idea what to use as crash and "permanently" closed hihat on a cocktailkit-style druset? it has to be pretty small stuff and has to sound huge at least. eddie, you know Thomann.de - they have LOADS and LOADS of stuff. (you're in germany right?) cross-europe shipping and very good prices.

I prefer thin cymbals rather then thick, they have more zing and less ding. that's about all I know about cymbals Rolling Eyes
