If you've never seen the Volcanics, or the Verbtones for that matter, go to the show tonight in Downey if you're in the LA area. This should be good. Frankie told me they just added a fourth opening act. I think the band is called the Tequila Worms.

This show tonight will be big. If you plan on going, I highly suggest an early arrival. The doors open at 8:30. We will be at the Tiki Ti before hand, which is right around the corner on Sunset from Safari Sams. Join us!

better review latter, but Verbtones Ruled. I saw 4 of the 5 shows they did. listened to them on Clints Radio show on Sat.
Ghastlys ripped it up.
Lords of Altamont, ok, but not what I want to see hear in a band of former Bomboras members, but I knew what they were ahead of time.

I'm really Glad to have seen so many the Verbtone shows.
They are what Ilike in a modern Trad. band. cool gear, Great sound.
good mix of originals, and cool cover songs.and tons of energy on Stage. Many of the shows Kyle was jumping all over the stage.
Hope to see them down here again next year, and some more
people that I know at their shows.
Not to say their shows weren't well attended, just not of the people
I know are surf fans.
Check out thier cd e.p. and their upcoming full length.
